WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
We will arrange the delivery as soon as possible when we receive your order, however, the delivery date depends on your delivery address and the customs declaration.
1.Working day is Monday to Friday (Except Hong Kong general holidays)
2.Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods.
3.Some remote addresses may require an additional 1-3 business day(s) for delivery.
4.We deliver bikes/frames/wheelset across the world but unfortunately due to their size, it will take more days to complete the delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After login, in the "Order History" section in "My Account" you can see the status of your order.
